Hospitals Find Relief As HHS Signals States Can't Cut Medicaid

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 9:32 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Tuesday indicated that it has no plans to let states cut their Medicaid rolls even if they refuse to expand the program, partially assuaging the fears of hospitals, which spend tens of billions of dollars providing care for the uninsured.
