Fed. Circ. Says Patent Code's Priority Benefits Always Apply

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 8:14 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit said Wednesday the patent code's section that gives benefit of priority to an inventor who has previously filed the same application applies for all provisions of the patent system "without exception."
