EPA Settles Sierra Club Suit Over NC, SC Air Quality Plans

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has entered into a proposed consent decree with the Sierra Club in a suit alleging the agency failed to timely approve or disapprove ozone rules for a region in North and South Carolina, the EPA said Wednesday.
