Forceno Goggin Sued Over Amtrak Worker's FELA Injury Case

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- Philadelphia-based Forceno, Goggin & Keller PC was accused of malpractice by a former Amtrak worker who alleged the firm agreed to take on his personal injury suit against the railroad but later dropped the case without informing him, according to a complaint filed in Pennsylvania state court.
