AIG Says Journalist Has No Right To Asset-Hiding Reports

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- American International Group Inc. on Wednesday asked the D.C. Circuit to shield it from releasing independent reports detailing efforts to help companies move bad assets off their balance sheets, saying that the reports were not technically judicial records available for public request.
