Director Sued For Advances To Male Workers

Law360 (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has launched a Title VII discrimination suit against Circuit City Stores Inc., claiming that a class of male employees was subjected to unwelcome sexual advances by a male store director.
