DOI Solution To Oil-Potash Fight May Need Safety Tweaks

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior floated an order Thursday aiming to untangle longstanding land disputes in New Mexico between potash miners and the oil and gas industry, but experts on both sides say the agency will need to expand on the measure’s safety issues.
