Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 1:24 PM EDT) -- On June 18, 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that Data Systems & Solutions LLC ("DS&S"), a Virginia-based power plant service provider, paid a criminal penalty of $8.82 million and entered into a two-year deferred prosecution agreement to resolve two Foreign Corrupt Practices Act-related charges.
