Longer Exclusivity Lets Radnor Breathe Easy

Law360, New York (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Radnor Holdings Corp. has been handed an extra four months to negotiate with creditors and drum up their support for its Chapter 11 reorganization plan without having to fend off competing plans.

On Monday, Judge Peter Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where the floundering foam manufacturer has been trying to regroup for over a year, signed an order granting the debtors' request for an extension of exclusivity.
