Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 6:12 PM EDT) -- In securities filings, Bain Capital Inc. continued to identify Mitt Romney as its chief executive for years after he had supposedly left the firm, but the suggestion that the Republican presidential candidate lied to regulators and committed a felony carries little credibility, legal experts say.
