GE Can't Keep House Fire Case In Federal Court

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday sent back to state court a suit targeting General Electric Co. over an electrical adapter’s role in a deadly fire, rejecting the company’s argument that the plaintiff had fraudulently joined additional defendants to the case.
