Appeals Court Overturns $58M Ruling Against Vonage

Law360 (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appellate court has overturned part of a district court’s March ruling which ordered Vonage Holdings Corp. to pay $58 million in damages to Verizon Communications Inc. for allegedly infringing voice over Internet protocol patents.
