P&G Fights Kraft’s Stay Bid In Coffee Packaging Spat

Law360 (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble Co. is lashing out at Kraft Global Foods Inc.’s bid for a stay in an infringement battle over plastic coffee containers, arguing that Kraft seeks to put the entire case on hold while taking its appeals from a reexamination proceeding that it has already lost.
