Hynix’s Summary Judgment Bid Falls Through

Law360, New York (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a setback for Hynix Semiconductor Inc.'s suit against Rambus Inc., a federal judge has swatted down Hynix’ bid for summary judgment on its unfair competition claim against Rambus Inc. and on its defense to Rambus’ infringement allegations of certain memory device patents.
