EEOC Needs To Narrow Focus Of Bias Probes, Groups Say

Law360, Washington (July 18, 2012, 4:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission should limit the number of discrimination investigations it undertakes and focus its efforts on key battlegrounds such as pregnancy and undocumented worker discrimination, employee groups and lawyers said in a meeting Tuesday.

The commission solicited public comments to determine its enforcement priorities as part of its strategic plan to allocate resources for Fiscal Years 2012-2016.
