EU Plan To Release More Drug Data Could Spur More US Suits

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 8:56 PM EDT) -- The European Medicines Agency's plans to force drugmakers to release more clinical trial data could fuel more product liability litigation against companies in the U.S. and put the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in a bind regarding the data it is required to make public.
