Ford Recalls 10K Newly Released Escapes

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Weeks after the debut of the 2013 Escape in American showrooms, Ford Motor Co. is recalling more than 10,000 of its popular compact sport utility vehicles over concerns that improperly installed carpet padding could impede braking and increase the potential for collisions.
