Abu Dhabi's 1st Nuclear Power Plant Gets Environmental OK

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The Emirates Nuclear Energy Corp. on Sunday said it has received approval from the United Arab Emirates' environmental regulator to build the country's first nuclear power plant, setting the stage for the government-owned organization to move ahead with the UAE's ambitious nuclear energy program.
