Selco Joins Banks' Suit Against Fifth Third

Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Only days after settling with a large class of consumers, Fifth Third Bancorp is facing a new named plaintiff in the ongoing class action brought against it by several banks over its role in a data security breach at TJX Companies Inc., one of the largest such breaches ever in the United States.
