Massey Units Sued Again Over Selenium Pollution

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and two other groups filed their latest suit Monday in West Virginia against units of the former Massey Energy Co., alleging they discharged toxic element selenium from nine coal mines into nearby waterways in violation of the Clean Water Act.
