Williams Mullen Granted Fees In IP Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal court judge on Monday granted a move for attorneys’ fees by Williams Mullen Clark & Dobbins PC in its dispute with Tennessee-based sanitation and water treatment company Zee Co. Inc., after Zee’s legal malpractice suit against the firm was tossed out in May.
