Energy Auction Rate Deal Was Fair, FERC Tells DC Circ.

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 10:07 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission defended its decision to reform New England's electricity capacity market before the D.C. Circuit on Monday, saying the auction method it approved would ultimately produce just and reasonable rates.
