Bill Aims At Beefing Up Food, Product Safety

Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Adding to a slew of attempts on Capitol Hill to address consumer concerns over food and product safety in the wake of numerous high-profile recalls, two senators have introduced legislation designed to pump up the power of regulators and safeguard consumers from tainted goods.
