Hospira Yanks Cancer Drugs After Finding Flawed Vials

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Hospira Inc. is recalling shipments of four injectable cancer drugs after finding that a flaw in the glass vials in which the drugs come packaged could result in serious injury, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Friday.
