House Panels Probe NRC Chair On Policy, Communication

Law360, Washington (July 24, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- While members of two House subcommittees on Tuesday voiced mostly optimistic predictions for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission under its new head, some proposed legislative action to create safeguards that would promote communication and protect the commission against abuses of power by its members.
