Judge OKs Sea Containers' Request For More Time

Law360, New York (September 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite the concerns of the official committee of unsecured creditors, a judge has given bankrupt Sea Containers more time to file and win approval of its reorganization plan.

In an order Thursday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of Delaware gave the bankrupt company until Dec. 21 to file its exclusive plan for reorganization and until Feb. 19 to win approval.
