Clinical Trial Patients Barely Protected By FDA: Study

Law360 (September 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The millions of patients that enroll in clinical trials for experimental drugs and medical devices each year are rarely watched over or protected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, a federal investigator has found.
