Judge Won't Toss $100M Oil Contract Fight

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge refused Wednesday to dismiss Defense Solutions Inc.'s lawsuit claiming the misrepresentations and dithering of private equity firm Alliance Energy Fund Inc. caused the military contractor to blow a $3.6 billion oil deal with Iraq that would have brought a $106 million commission.
