Alzheimer's Group Can Push Suit Against Ruden McClosky

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- A Florida bankruptcy judge opened the door Thursday for an Alzheimer's Association chapter to pursue a $1.1 million legal malpractice suit against bankrupt Ruden McClosky PA for allegedly steering the charity's funds into the firm's investment arm without its knowledge.
