Enviros Won't End Fight Over Shell's Alaska Drilling Plans

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups on Thursday urged a federal judge to immediately certify his retention of preemptive challenge by two Royal Dutch Shell PLC units to potential suits seeking to block their Alaskan oil exploration activities, so the groups can appeal the ruling to the Ninth Circuit.
