Psychiatric Records To Stay Off Table In UBS Suit

Law360 (September 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the case of a former employee with the brokerage arm of UBS who sued the company after his manager allegedly made defamatory statements that caused a mortgage company to decline to refinance his mortgage, a federal judge has denied UBS' bid to obtain the plaintiff's medical and psychiatric records.
