Solutia, Pharmacia Take CERCLA Recovery Case To High Court

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Solutia Inc. and Pharmacia Corp. on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an Eleventh Circuit ruling that held because the companies entered into a consent decree with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, they can't sue other companies for certain pollution cleanup costs.
