E-Voting Co. Tells Fed. Circ. Its IP Case Got No Fair Shake

Law360, Washington (August 8, 2012, 3:49 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal court never gave Voter Verified Inc. the chance to defend its electronic voting system patent in a spat with Election Systems & Software Inc., Diebold Inc. and Premier Election Solutions Inc., the company told the Federal Circuit on Wednesday, saying it deserves its day in court.
