China Appeals WTO Decision On US Steel Duties

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 2:21 PM EDT) -- China on Friday appealed a World Trade Organization decision that favored a U.S. challenge to countervailing and anti-dumping duties on American steel products used in power transformers and other items.
