High Court Asked To Weigh NLRA Preemption Of ID Theft Law

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A group of AT&T Southeast workers on Thursday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a state court's ruling that their identity theft claims against the Communication Workers of America were preempted by the National Labor Relations Act.
