Judge Divides Arkin Kaplan's Expenses As Ex-Partners Battle

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Friday temporarily divvied up the expenses of dissolving law firm Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP between its acrimonious former partners, as they continued battling over the firm's assets and sharing their midtown Manhattan office space.
