DigitalGlobe's $900M Deal Turns Tables On Ex-Suitor GeoEye

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- DigitalGlobe Inc., which earlier this year swatted away buyout bids from fellow satellite imagery company GeoEye Inc., on Monday announced plans to turn the tables on its former suitor and buy up GeoEye in a deal valued at $900 million.
