Technicolor Wants Chartis To Cover $6M Film Site Cleanups

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Technicolor USA Inc. on Friday urged an Indiana federal court to force Chartis Inc. to pay $6 million to indemnify the company for the environmental cleanup of three film-processing laboratories, cleanups it said were covered under its pollution liability policies.
