No-Contest Plea Unlikely To Derail DOJ Antitrust Enforcement

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 10:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge's acceptance Monday of a no-contest price-fixing plea from Florida West International Airways Inc. won't discourage future cartel defendants from pursuing plea deals through the U.S. Department of Justice's leniency program, attorneys say, despite the agency's fear that the rare plea would undermine its enforcement.
