Pharmacies Challenge CMS' Diabetic Supply Payment Change

Law360, Washington (July 23, 2012, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A pharmacy trade group told the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Monday that payment reductions and slower reimbursements for nonmailed diabetic testing materials could cause many pharmacies to stop carrying the supplies, despite claims that the payment program needs to be revamped.
