WTO Forms Panel In US, Others' Rare Earths Row With China

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:13 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization established a panel Monday to hear complaints from the U.S., the European Union and Japan alleging that China has imposed unfair export restrictions on rare earth elements and other raw materials.
