EU Targets CD, DVD Drive Makers In Bid-Rigging Probe

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- The European Union's antitrust regulator said Tuesday that it had notified more than a dozen suppliers of optical disk drives that they were under investigation in connection with possible bid-rigging at procurement events for the drives.
