HHS Skirts Questions On ACA Medicaid Expansion: GOP Govs.

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The Republican Governors Association on Monday accused the Obama administration of stonewalling states in their quest for more information on expansion of Medicaid and creation of health insurance exchanges, issuing its second demand in as many weeks for additional details on the ambitious endeavors.

RGA Chairman and Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, in a letter to U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, signaled deep dissatisfaction with the response he received to questions his organization recently submitted regarding regulation and funding of Medicaid and exchanges....
