FDA Says Regulation Doesn't Cause Drug Shortages

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Monday hit back at accusations that overregulation by the agency is the root cause of prescription drug shortages, which has sparked an investigation into drugs in short supply being resold on a gray market at inflated prices.
