Oil Group Launches New DC Circ. Attack On Biofuel Mandates

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The American Petroleum Institute on Tuesday launched a second attack on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's rule mandating the purchase of renewable biofuels by gasoline and diesel refiners, telling the D.C. Circuit that the agency's quotas are unreasonable given the fuels' "nonexistent" availability level.
