3M Sues Covington & Burling Over Minn. Representation

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- 3M Co. launched a lawsuit Tuesday against its law firm of more than a decade, Covington & Burling LLP, claiming it breached its fiduciary duty when it began representing the state of Minnesota in an environmental suit against the technology company over its fluorochemical business.
