NJ Lawmakers Rip Ruling On Judges' Pension Contributions

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- Three days after the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional to make judges pay more toward their pensions and health benefits, lawmakers on Thursday threw their support behind a referendum to amend the state constitution to allow for the hikes.
