FERC To Begin Enviro Review Of Freeport LNG Project

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 8:41 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said Wednesday it was set to begin its environmental review of a Freeport LNG Expansion LP's proposal to build a liquefied natural gas facility in southeastern Texas, following an expansion of the company's plans.
