NJ Court Says Bogus Expert Opinions Doom Furnace Fire Suit

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 9:11 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Wednesday that shortcomings in expert testimony had correctly doomed three Howmet Dover Alloy employees' suit against vacuum engineering company Consarc Corp. over a 2005 fire and explosion involving a furnace used to manufacture super alloys for aerospace uses.
