University Asks Supreme Court For Rehearing Of ACA Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 1:25 PM EDT) -- Liberty University on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to revive its challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, arguing that the court's decision upholding the individual insurance mandate as a tax overruled a Fourth Circuit finding that the Anti-Injunction Act deprived it of jurisdiction.
